There is a big difference between knowing you need to do something about Medicare because you'll soon be 65...

• Where you mail, fax, or submit in-person your Medicare application paperwork to be processed...
• If you complete the correct forms, submit them on time, and without errors...

Many people get defensive when they hear me say "ask an expert," because they think they can just figure out everything about Medicare on their own.
